Major Responsibilities:
· Lead team to meet the operational service standards set up by the company from time to time
· Coach team with updated and well-documented procedures
· Supervise and manage team to handle requests in a timely manner under the required service level
· Enhance business and system workflow with constructive improvement
· Support and process policy changes and service requests of clients
Key Qualifications:
· University graduate & LOMA
· At least 6 years in life insurance policy administration, and 2 years in a supervisory role
· Proficient knowledge across products, investment-linked policy is an advantage
