Major Responsibilities:

·      Responsible for the growth and development of agency zone which is characterized of MCI (Mainland China Individuals) agents, ensuring the sales force maintains the required level of professional ethics, and establishing standards of capability and performance to deliver against the business plan

·      Design and enhance industrial recruitment schemes, tactics and focus; implement the execution with agency leaders for team recruitment as well as attract and develop new agencies for the company

·      Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications to ensure the plan in good progress

·      Ensure effective communication and relationship between Company and Agency by regular interaction with all levels of managers and advisors

Key Qualifications:

·      At least three years of solid agency management experience   

·      Sales driven with the ability to motivate agency to achieve company goals

·      Good understanding of mainland culture
