Dear members of CCFA, CPMP and CCPAA:

The count down starts now! If you have not done so, we urge you to register for the 2015 BBQ event online (it will be closed at end of day August 12). In the event, you will have a fantastic chance to meet professionals in Finance, Accounting, IT, Engineering, etc. This is also a family-friendly outdoor event. All family members, including kids, and friends are welcome.

For your convenience, we will prepare delicious food and drinks. Of course you are not coming for foods; you are coming for fun, for friendship, for that special inspiration by talking to people. To make the event truly fun-filled, we will arrange all kinds of performance, games, and sports. So bring your favorite gears and sport equipment, and show off your talents! In particular, there will be three prize-winning games: disc golf tournament, soccer and tug-of-war contests among the three organizations. So please don’t miss the games and come to cheer or compete for your organization.

You are also encouraged to organize your own favorite activity but please let us know in advance.

Please register online at the lower rate of $15 in advance so that we know who we will be expectingJ. This will also help us with proper food ordering so that we don’t waste food.

How to get there:

By TTC: take Eglinton East Bus #34 to Leslie and walk down the stairs.

By car: set your GPS to Serena Gundy Park and enter through Leslie.

Cost:

$15/person before August 10 online (the online booking service will close at end of day August 10);

$20/person paid on-site.
