Few topics are of greater importance to foreign investors in China than China’s foreign exchange control,
and few topics have been in the news as consistently as China’s foreign exchange control. In line with
the country’s legal framework and economic development, the regulations imposed on foreign exchange
transactions have been evolving rapidly, thus having a major impact on the day-to-day operations of
foreign entities in China.
In this seminar, we intend to give you an update on the major changes of the PRC foreign exchange
rules and provide you with an outlook of where foreign exchange controls in China are heading.
